

“Restorative fitness is a term I like to use to describe a variety of exercise techniques I have incorporated into my practice.
I combine my Physical Therapy background in traditional therapeutic exercises using weights, thera-bands, swissball, foamroller, etc. with my knowledge of postural alignment, proper body mechanics, Yoga poses, and balance exercises, to create an individualized program for general health/fitness or for rehabilitation from injury.
